We must collect and retain copies of passports and/or identity cards for each of the director, shareholder and beneficial owners of entities under formation.

This process can be quickly and easily completed by selecting this pack and proceeding to the check-out.

Once check-out is complete, you will receive a link and password by email in order to upload these documents to our secure server.

The complete compliance process will take a maximum of 24 hours to complete during weekdays.

Following this, the company or branch formation process can proceed.
